  1. I have my notes stored in .enb files, and have been using Evernote V2 for a long time. However, I downloaded V6 (the latest version) and find that not only can I not open my .enb files in V6. There seems to be no direct way of converting them or importing them into V6. I picked up the posting at this URL: https://discussion.evernote.com/topic/84442-how-do-i-find-old-evernote-2-executables-to-migrate-enb-files/#comment-363265 I downloaded the EN2Export software and have it on my computer, but need to know how it works, how to run it, and how to direct it to convert a specific .enb file in a specific folder. Would someone please assist me with this. Stuart Aitchison
  2. My problem: I would find it very useful to be able to convert a note into a word-document or similar text files which to my knowledge you cannot at the moment. The proposed solution: Add a feature under the "Share" menu on a note named "Convert to file" or something like that which creates a file with your note.
  3. Hello, some of the business cards my assistant scanned to Evernote were saved as notes, not cards. Can I save the notes as business cards so the text will be recognized without having to delete & rescan? Thanks!
  4. Hi, I read the instruction but it didn't follow what I saw. Please give me a guide! Thanks in advance!
  5. Hi There, I convert some personal notebooks into business notebooks for sharing. Is er a possibility to convert them back into a personal notebook? I can't find the option to do this... Kind regards Frank
  6. Hi, I recently started to use Evernote and really enjoy using it! I am think to upgrade to the premium package but before I do I would like to know the following: Is it possible to convert documents or presentations to PDF? and then annotate them with handwriting? The current annotation allows me to put in text blocks, arrows etc etc but when I just try to write some small notes it does not work as it tries to make line's circles etc of it. When I add a note I can use my pencil and write, make drawings etc etc and keep those but I can not do this on any document/pdf what I save in my notebooks. I use iPad Pro with Apple Pencil. Thanks
  7. If I have a text list using dashes, numbers, or other punctuation, is there a way to automatically convert it to a check list?
  8. Hi! I'm using Outlook web app at work an I receive a lot of attached pages documents that i would like to sync with Evernote. I know that I can forward the email and that works, but I would like to have the file as a PDF in Evernote. A pdf allows me to make notes etc inside without opening Pages every time. Is there a way to convert the attached file and upload it to Evernote automatically? Or easier than downloading the file, open it, export to PDF and the drag and drop to Evernote? Regards Johan
  9. Hi, I want to scan text found in 20 different photos I've taken of a martial arts handbook, and convert the text over to plain computer text, to store in Evernote for later studying. I've typed a few pages on my own, but there is too much content. Is there anything that can help me do this, and for free? I'm not a business executive or anything, just a home user with a temporary need.
  10. Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, I've not managed to find it if it has... I started using evernote earlier this Summer, and was really pleased to find a way to store all the useful info I stumble across online. However, I started off using it as a glorified bookmark manager, clipping articles into evernote and just storing the URL. However I've changed my approach now and have started clipping the whole article. Is anyone familiar with a method I might be able to use to "reclip" all those URLs I have stored to replace the notes with their clipped content instead? I could manually visit every URL and reclip it but then I'd lose the original timestamp, and it would take ages! I did look at knocking something up with the API, but I soon realised the clipped isn't available through that route. Just wondered if anyone else has evolved their approach and needed similar functionality.
