  1. Hi, How to stop the automatic conversion of Google Drive links to a box "Title not available, Connect, with three dots". I would like the URL string to remain as a URL string, not converted automatically.
  2. Hi there, I am in the process of trying to fix a Wordpress plugin that at one point acted as a link between Evernote and Wordpress for posting notes as blog posts. Basically, using the API, it linked your two accounts and any time you tagged a note with a specific tag, that note would sync as a draft blog post on Wordpress. It was very useful, but something went wrong and it no longer works properly. In the process of trying to fix it, our developer has run into a road block and said: "Hi Bridget, so I have tried few tests and I think the issue with Evernote servers, possibly they have changed how external servers handshake/connect with them. At this point, we won't be able to make much progress. We will have to connect with Evernote Support to resolve this. Let me know how you want to proceed." I know that it is possible, since there are external programs that use the API to link with Evernote (including the web-app If This, Then That, which does exactly what we're trying to do). Does anybody know what has changed about the handshake/connection for the servers? Thanks in advance, let me know if you have any questions.
  3. Each time I scan a new business card, the default to connect to Linkedin doesn't work- I receive a message that my "email was sent" but "linkedin didn't connect" I looked at my settings and it shows me that I am connected to my LinkedIn account under Settings, General, Business Cards- Thoughts on how to fix this?
  4. When I try to sign in on my HP computer, Evernote says it can't connect to the server. It won't sync. I have a year of notes on there for work and I'm afraid I'm going to lose them all. Anyone know what to do?
  5. I can access evernote on my ipad and iphone but recently i have been having internet problems on my laptop I got reconnected and can go online but for some reason evernote has not yet realized it and cannot connect to the servers to sync or login. Please help me!
  6. I'm having a weird issue which I took two weeks to identify. Each time I tried to export a whole Livescribe notebook (because I didn't use Evernote until now) to Evernote, it didn't work. I just suddenly realized the History tab in Connect, and saw that the reason the Pencasts would not export to Evernote is because they're far too big. Now my issue - over the past two weeks I tried a couple times, casually while doing other tasks and not paying attention, to export this notebook to Evernote, each time failing. Each time an export starts, I see my available disk space quickly ticking down - in terms of I have eaten up probably at least 15 gigs doing this. I have a lot of recordings on each of the 70+ pages I was trying to export. These failed Pencast exports are somehow somewhere remaining on my computer, and I can't despite browsing logs and digging, I can't figure out where they are stored. So now I have a lot of disk space tied up because of this and I don't know where to look to find the Pencasts that are somehow in limbo after Livescribe exported them and they failed at getting into Evernote. Help please someone! I'm not sure if they are saved somewhere on the Livescribe side or somewhere locally on my hard drive (because they wouldn't have made it into a notebook to sync) in Evernote.
