Hello! When I opened my Evernote app today I had a tiny seizure as all my notes were gone! The notebooks were all there but they all showed '0 notes'. The same for iPad version and website version. But then I saw they were in the trash can. I am very sure I did not delete all my notes at once, so how did this happen? Does anyone else have this problem? Does it occur regularly? Luckily, you can restore the notes all at once, tags in tact and all. But still, a strange and very unpleasant surprise at first! - Kaatje
hello, I recently set up my account with Evernote by signing up through google. However, I haven't been receiving the confirmation email. There are some tasks I need to do that require me to verify my email, but despite sending it multiple times, it hasn't shown up. My inbox isn't full and the email is correct. I checked the spam folder and all the other folders too but still couldn't find anything. Does anyone have any ideas?
I accidentally clicked on the Delete button on the toolbar, and my note just disappeared and was gone... just like that. It sure would make me a little more confident that I won't lose valuable work if there was a confirmation that asked, "Are you sure?" before deleting. Could you add this in? Or at least have an option under settings for this? Thanks so much for reading this. Shawn--
