  1. I'm having a problem that is only happening on your app. I'm using a Z4 Xperia tablet with the default BKB50 bluetooth keyboard that comes with it. I'm using the default software and default ROM (no editions of any kind). Sometimes, the input behaves wierdly; here's 2 cases in particular. 1. I start typing and some keys are interpreted repeatedly: "IIIIII sstaaaaaarrrrrttt tyyyypppppinggggga aaandddddd soooommmmmeeee" etc. 2. If I type the accent key, all letters will continue appear with accents until I either type a space (space bar) or a period (.) ejemplo de casos donde los áćéńtos no dejan de aparecer. sóĺó´dejan de aparecer cuando escribes (espacio) o (punto). these two cases happen only on your app. let me know if I can send a file, a log or something that can help you find and fix the problem. keep up the great work!!!
  2. Just received my new Jot Script 2 through the Evernote Marketplace - cannot get it to connect to Penultimate via bluetooth. Using an iPad Air 2, latest iOS update, latest Penultimate update, fully charged Jot Script 2, bluetooth enabled, multitasking gestures disabled, blue light blinking - but - not connecting on the Penultimate "Connect Jot Script" page. Tried doing it both in settings and also in a new note. Just emailed help@adonit - will update here if I get an answer from them that works - appreciate any others!
  3. I have a non-Apple bluetooth keyboard I use with my iPhone (6S+ 64GB). (As it happens, there are a whole slew of somewhat similar clones of the same basic folding-keyboard technology from different manufacturers, that you can see at, e.g., Amazon. The one I particularly like - I've tried several - is a full-sized keyboard by iClever [Model IC-BK05, Tri-folding Bluetooth Keyboard] supported for iOS, Android, and Windows; which you can see here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B018K5EJCQ/ This keyboard (and many others like it) - despite its support for iOS devices like iPhones etc. - does NOT have an Apple-type "Command" key on it, nor does any secondary function key that the manufacturer has designated (best I can tell) provide such "Command" support. Instead, there are Ctrl, Fn (Function), Win, and Alt keys present on the keyboard. Despite the lack of a specific Command function, the keyboard seems to do pretty well on my iPhone with regard to pretty much everything that needs to be done. It does have a function key (Fn + A, S, or D) which switches the keyboard (once connected to the designated device) into either Android, Windows, or iOS modes, respectively. Meanwhile, I've been looking over this page at Evernote's support site, "Keyboard Shortcuts for iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch": https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/216788038-Keyboard-Shortcuts-for-iPad-iPhone-and-iPod-Touch The foregoing Evernote document describes a number of different keyboard shortcuts that one can (should be able to) type under iOS to achieve Evernote functionality - nearly all of which involve the use of the (non-present) Command key. I WAS able to use the cursor keys and the tab key as described, but that's it. In addition to lack of a Command key, it's also not clear how those features utilizing Command + "Option" (key?) could be realized. So, my question is: how can I (or can I) make use of these (very handy) keyboard shortcuts for the Evernote app using the keyboard that I DO have?
  4. My entire first semester of college has been dependent on Evernote. I love the interface, and I'm proud to be a user. Unfortunately, my only machine is my 15" MacBook Pro, which is really heavy in my backpack. I'd like to continue taking notes with Evernote, but on an iPad with a bluetooth keyboard to lighten the load on my back. I've been playing with Evernote on my moms iPad Mini and I'm incredibly disappointed to see most keyboard shortcuts don't work. In fact, none of them do, including Bold and Underline. The only way the basics (bold, italics, underline) work is if I go back and highlight text. When I'm having my professor talk a million miles an hour, I can't be backtracking! I also can't stop typing to move my hands to press the buttons on the screen. I should be able to hit cmd+u and have the next letter I type be underlined. Then I definitely need bullet point lists for classes like physics, where one topic has multiple points to it. Given the basics don't work, it should'nt be a surprise that this doesn't work, even when the text is highlighted. Is there any way we can get Mac shortcuts baked into the iOS version? I feel it'd be appropriate, especially with the iPad Pro coming. I played with that today and saw keyboard shortcuts from OS X in Safari are also in iOS, and my moms mini does the same. I feel there's no reason Evernote should'nt do the same. I feel others could also benefit from this. Tyler M.
  5. Hi I have a problem and have found no solution on internet. So I try you! When I am typing with my keyboard in an old evernote note I get double letters at the first letter in de sentence and a double return(1 white line). It looks like the bluetooth gives a double signal. In the rest of the sentence there is no problem at all. In new notes no problem at all. In other apps also no problems. It is evernote related!! Has anybody a solution for this problem?
  6. What I am trying to do is scroll through slides following along with my lecture and attach the audio either from a dedicated bluetooth mic or a cell phone with a compatible mic app that I can place at the front of the class. 1. Is it possible to use Evernote to attach audio to specific slides automatically as I scroll through them, or does each slide need to be imported individually? 2. What microphone is best to use at the front of the class, a cell phone or dedicated bluetooth? 3. Can I also use a livescribe sky or echo to simultaneously attach additional written notes and diagrams to the slides? I am asking these questions because I am trying to choose between evernote and a livescribe or sonocent auto notetaker. As far as I can see the sonocent system would be perfect for attaching audio to slides. So far I can not see if evernote can do this. However I like the integration with livescribe Sky that is available with evernote, but there is the limitation of using the pens mic or the headset and I do not know if it will pickup good audio from the lecturer at the front of the class. Any advice or insight would be appreciated. Thanks!
  7. First I would like to thank you guys for developing this excellent piece of software and services =]. A bug has been bothering me since I bought a bluetooth keyboard to facilitate typing to Evernote Android. Reproduce the problem: Connect a bluetooth keyboard. Create a new note. Type something and make a bulleted list with indentation, like this: List of Great Evernote feature Simple Fast Search Including OCR! [*]Share [*]and others..... Now Disconnect the keyboard, and all indentation are, well, flattened. List of Great Evernote feature Simple Fast Search Including OCR! Share and others..... The problem also happens both when you connect or disconnect the keyboard. Thanks in advance for looking into the issue System Info: EN 4.5.1 on Android ICS on HTC One
  8. Lately I've been running into an issue that frustrates me to no end. I pair a Minisuit Bluetooth keyboard to my Google Nexus 7 tablet when I want to use Evernote to journal. It may have been due to the latest update but now whenever I use Shift+U to capitalize the "U", it toggles the underline formatting instead as if I were pressing CTRL+U. Similarly, if I use Shift+I to capitalize the "I", it toggles the italics formatting instead as if I were pressing CTRL+I. It does the same thing with the letter "B". I looked through all my keyboard settings in the app and in the settings on my tablet. I do not have this issue on any other apps that I use as word processors. I am very upset about this because I've been using Evernote to journal and for schoolwork for a long time now and this issue prevents me from continuing to do so. In order to capitalize now I have to use the Caps Lock key which is too annoying to have to do. Is anyone else having this issue? Any recommendations?
