  1. When sharing a item on Android into evernote allow user to attach to a non existing note rather than creating a new note
  3. Hi! I think it will be great to have a mechanism to manipulate with file system. For example, instead of saving file and then adding to evernote, saving directly to evernote note from any application by system saving dialog window. And opening file directly from application by system opening file dialog. Like, for example, with iPhoto in mac. You can't access photos in file system, only from application iPhoto but there is special item "iPhoto" where you can access photos from iPhoto. This is the reason why I'm switching to use google drive instead of evernote. But I love evernote and I want to use it.
  4. Moving a PDF between notes could be easier. I don't expect it should work as it does on desktop, and it doesn't work on iOS either, however, Android could be able to do that easy via download download folder and re-attaching of the PDF. I can download a PDF from a note to "Download" folder in my Home directory. When I try to attach it, the Download folder is not listed as one of the option in left pane shortcuts and it doesn't show up in the list of available options to attach from. Evernote shows gallery, recent, Google drive and all kinds of folders..., but it doesn't display the Download folder. I have to go to "internal storage" and browse to Download folder to get to the PDF. Please list Download folder in the list of shortcuts to be able attach PDFs faster. Thanks.
  5. is there any app on the AppStore that lets you attach EN notes in reminders?
  6. A couple times, we've inserted photos into a note, and the photos (as one might expect) end up huge. This is because the source files are taken directly from jpg files downloaded from the camera. It would be nice if Evernote would provide a drag handle at the corner of the attached/inserted image to resize it to a size courteous for sharing with friends. (Perhaps this is available and we simply haven't stumbled upon it. If so, my bad for this suggestion!) Until such a feature is available, we'll take the time to create resized images in advanced before copying/pasting into an Evernote.
  7. When you attach an existing file to EN, any changes to that file are no longer reflected in the version in EN. If you open the file from within EN, any changes are made to it's version, not the original file. You end with two copies of the file on your computer, one in it's original location and one in the Attachments folder. Not good. Is there a way to have EN link the original file in its original location and not make it's own copy? I understand that moving the file would kill the link, but having two separate copies is potentially much more confusing and dangerous. Thanks, Brad
