Hi All, We often see threads/posts from users indicating that they have lost access to their Evernote Account, and are trying to regain that access. This can occur for a myriad of reasons, but generally the issues are related to a user losing or forgetting their password, losing the ability to access Two-Factor Authentication verification, or they lose access to the email address tied to their Evernote Account. Given the nature of these types of access issues, users will need to open a support ticket in order to address the issue and regain access to their Evernot

My math instructor has uploaded livescribe recordings in Evernote. I asked for "permission to access" and she granted it but I still cannot access. I've tried different browsers, different computers, updating my browser. Any suggestions?

Hello, I recently imported some S Memo notes from my Samsung S4 application to Evernote but when I go to access the files it just says 'no application found to open this attachment.' I've downloaded a couple of the Google Play apps that are then launched but none of them have worked. I have a Basic Evernote account. Hopefully someone has a solution to this as I really need to access the material on those notes! Thanks

Chrome Accessing secure content in Evernote after clipping it
Cursed 'Un posted a topic in Web Clipper Issues
Could someone please tell me whether, after clipping content from a members-only website, it will still be possible to access these clipped notes once I'm no longer a member of that website? I use Evernote in Windows 7 and the Chrome Web Clipper extension. I couldn't find any technical details on the Evernote website or in these forums that explain how Evernote clips/stores notes (i.e. whether I'd still need to log in to the original website in order to view the clipped notes). Your advice would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!- 2 replies
