  1. Today I noticed for the first time that the Web beta is removing the background colors of tables. Is this a new development? I hadn't been aware of it before. It's rather distressing for those of use who use colored tables to get around the problem of the glaring white background of notes.
  2. I spent 5 minutes trying to figure out how to add a tag on web. Had to search the forums and help docs. With the web interface, literally all options to edit and update data to a note is done in the header except for adding tags. Why does the "add tags" icon take up an entire footer, fixed to the bottom of the viewport, when all other editing is done up top?
  3. i am constantly logged out of the web client within several hours and need to log in several times per day. this is especially annoying if i have 2-factor authentication enabled. how do i increase the idle time before i am logged out?

  5. Over the past month I have had several notes lose all outline formatting and all the bullet points are lined up on the left side of the page. This is extremely frustrating as I had long multi-level outlines that have now lost their formatting and are reading as a single level list of bullets. I have had this happen to 3 sets of notes. It seems to be happening primarily when using the webclient on a google chrome browser, but I can't say for sure as I also use the mac client regularly.
  6. When I create a link to another note with the "Copy internal link" feature in the Web-Client this link only works in the Web-Client but not in the Mac Desktop Client. When I create the link to the same note in the Mac Client it works in both clients. Looking into the link addresses for the two links reveals that they are identical. What could be the reason?
  7. I cannot find the Presentation Mode on the web app. Can anyone help? I am a Premium member and work mostly from my Chromebook on sales appointments and such.
  8. Used to be I could click on a note link in the EN reminder email and be transferred to the EN Windows desktop. Not so much today. This on purpose? Don't want to dig back through the how to reset this if this is an intentional change.
  9. Navigating through Drive folders via the Evernote Drive shortcut is cumbersome. Please add the ability to attach multiple files or even entire folders to a note at one time.
  10. Hi all, I went through and made some changes to old notes yesterday and now they are showing at the top of the list when filtering. I tried to filter by note creation date instead, and they are still at the top, which is when I noticed that the note creation date was changed. If I look at the note history you can see that it was not created yesterday. This is affecting quite a lot of my notes. Any suggestions?
  11. Any plans to bring the ability to change the note creation date to Evernote Web? Presently the only way to do this is on Mac or Windows clients. Not even iOS or Android Apps can do it and this is an important feature the people that use Evernote to archive documents and as a task management system.
  12. I extensively use evernote for both work and non-work related activities. It is a great help in work anything new I learn goes into evernote. Problem - Now I have so many notes there is a need now to group information without the need to copy and paste data from different notes to create a new one. In short to avoid duplication of information. Let me give an e.g. 1. Suppose I have 7 notes containing information on my different projects.Those notes contain some information regarding pricing. 2. I need to some how access the pricing information for all these project quickly.

  14. I would love the option to remove the "Recent Notebooks" List when I'm selecting a notebook online. I try to keep all my notebooks clean and in the order I like them and this feature really makes it messy and difficult to use. For example, I keep my Inbox notebook at the top of the list by naming it "_INBOX". I want that on top so that it's the first thing I work on when I enter Evernote each morning. However, the recent list blocks the ability to see that notebook first. I would love an option to disable this list from my view.
  15. The body of notes not loading in right hand viewing pane. List of notes loads fine in left hand pane and title of note loads in right hand pane but no body and can't enter new text in the note.   16. Dear Evernote team, I've noticed that pasting text to evernote transforms original indentation. This is the original text with indents This is the same text pasted to evernote It looks like Evernote transforms original indentation and reduces number spaces down to 2. Using Evernote intensively on my iPhone, iPad and Chromebook, Imiss the following functions: - adjust "creation date" & "adjusted date" - merge selected notes I use these quite frequently - then I need to switch on my Windows laptop, as the Windows client does deliver these features.hen I scan in documents, I always adjust the creation date to the formal date on the document (NOT the date I added the note...) When are these features scheduled for Web client and/or iOS clients?
  18. For those that may not have noticed, in the new (beta) web, if you try to change your view option you will see the comment below about a survey. If different views are important to you, it may be worth a little of your time to fill this out and provide Evernote some input.
  19. The Web Client was last updated more than a year ago. There were rumors that Evernote is working on a new client but it seems to me, nobody cares any more. I am still using it on a daily basis under Linux and I am still hating the work I need at home on my Mac to cope with the shortcomings of the interface and to turn my note into useable ones. Evernote please at least let us know whether there will be a new client for the Web which is more useful. While the number of my notes grows the risk of the need to switch to a different system is getting higher every day.

I went out of town for a week, and when I came back and went to the Evernote Web interface, where I'd been using the new version in my relatively infrequent uses of that interface, I got the message "Sorry, we don't support your browser at this moment. To use the new Evernote Web experience, please use the latest version of Google Chrome or Safari." My browser is Opera, and it is the current version, 58.0.3135.79. It's Chromium based, I think.   21. I use Evernote almost exclusively for business and personal to-do lists. When I began using the checkbox lists, I always got a nice "tab" sized indent between the checkbox and my text. Now when I make checkbox lists, even within the older notes with spaced formatting, there is no space next to my checkbox. It's completely inconsistent across notes and drives me nuts. How can I correct this formatting error?
  22. The Web interface does not find search terms like the Mac Interface. I have several large PDFs in various folders in Evernote under a stack. The PDFs have all been converted in Adobe to be text based. If I search for a specific term (such as the word collector) that is within several of the PDFs, the Mac Desktop App finds them fine. When I do the same thing within the Web interface (which I must use most of the time) it does not find them. It only finds the terms in text docs it seems. I even limit the search to a specific notebook and it still will not find the search word in
  23. I use tag a LOT in Evernote Mac & iOS. However, it seems like they're pretty much ignored on the Web Client. The left column links include "notes", "notebooks", "shortcuts", etc, but not tags? Wondering why this is. Also, if I use search I don't see tags show up in the results. I changed my approach to using EN a while ago and now use very few notebooks and now rely on tags. So, not being able to see a list of them - or see tags listed when performing a search - is really disappointing. Anyone from EN reading this? Thoughts? Thanks, Scott

Hi, I see the option of add a "New Meeting Note" on the sidebar of web versión, and it is very useful for me, but I notice that it only recognizes meetings from my main "Personal" google calendar. Is there any way to make it also recognize meetings in other calendars? My main calendar is for personal matters, and I schedule meetings on another ('Work') calendar.
