I want to turn of auto-renewal payment but I don't want to lose the time I have paid for. This is not very good for the customer. Evernote has made it very difficult for customers to do this simple step without feeling like they lose their account.
Can someone please tell me how to cancel auto renewal on my subscription? I've been in contact with support regarding another issue and he said to cancel auto renewal on my account but won't tell me how or where to go to do this. I don't want to deactivate the account, just make it so they won't charge me again without them asking me first.
