OK this comes out of a recent Amazon purchase of 6 separate items, but might be applicable to other types of note... My normal process when buying something has been to copy the on-screen order confirmation and the inevitable email receipt(s) [I use PayPal] into a note with the title <date> - purchase - vendor - item so it's all together. Any subsequent emails get dragged and dropped from my Outlook inbox to the note via the desktop as separate little MSG files like this - ...the final delivery note gets added to the note and COMPLETE goes into the title.

Hi everybody, I use note links a fair bit to connect quotes, ideas, and so on which I feel might relate to one another. One thing I'd really appreciate is if every note had a list of "linkbacks" associated with it, so you could look at a note's info and see something along the lnes of "this note has been linked to in the following 5 notes: ..." If you want notes to be true two-way connections, this would prevent the hassle of having to manually link both notes to one another. Both notes would link back to each other just by the act of placing one note link. Another point is just

Sorry if this is covered somewhere, but I've not been able to find it. I've recently switched, God help me, from using the (Windows) desktop version of Evernote at work to using the web version. My *impression* is that there's no way to insert note links (not shared on the web, but links from one note in my account to another) in the web version, though I see that the note links I've inserted using the Windows, Mac, and iOS version all function on the web version. Along the same lines, my impression is there's not way to insert or edit a hyperlink in the web version (say, for example, I want

In the past I would regularly click "control > copy note link" on a note that I wanted to link to, then slect a bit of text in another note that I wanted to internally link to that first note. Unfortunately, Evernote now pastes the web link for the note I'm trying to link to rather than the internal link. After reading about what seems to be a behavior change in Evernote, I'm not sure what I can do. I know that if I simply paste the note link (instead of attempting to turn a selection of text into a hyperlink), Evernote pastes the name of the note I'm trying to link to as well as an intern

I recently started using the current version of Evernote 5 (on Windows 7) after sticking with the last release of Evernote 4 up until 5 had a handful of updates. I'm not sure if this is a glitch, or an intended change (I hope not), but when I tried using my favorite feature - 'Copy Note Link', I was confused why it kept generating web-based Evernote.com links to the note instead of internal Evernote:// style links like I expected. Am I experiencing a glitch or did I miss the memo?

Hi everyone I use Evernote quite extensively, I have a premium account and end up uploading a lot of data, mostly .zip and images. I have my own way of using Evernote, I found thats how it works anyway because you have this open canvas almost and you are set to figure out how to make use of it. This is great and I have a cool system but the problem is I want to make use of exporting to a .enex file. As you may know that's the native Evernote export database, and if you want you can export notebooks or your entire system. My set up is like this: I don't use search that much, I don't use tags a
