  1. I like to schedule Evernote ideas in my calendar on macOS to plan my day's activities. If I drag the note to Calendar, I can move it around to the right day and time, which is really useful and in keeping with the way macOS works for its own stuff. BUT the link that it creates becomes the event title (which gives no clue to the note's content) and this link to the note is inactive. Can Evernote change the way that the 'Title' and 'Add Notes, URL or attachments.' fields line up with the Evernote? So that: Event Title = Evernote Title Event 'Add Notes, URL or attachments' = Evernote link.
  2. Hello, I need to create a note for each pdf file that I upload to a folder using drag. The files are selected from a folder (select all) and drag them to an Evernote notebook, but Evernote creates a single note with all the files. Is it possible to do what I need?
  3. One of my 'most used' features of Evernote seems to have disappeared in v5.9.x The ability to drag a URL from the address bar of Chrome or Firefox (I've tried both) and drop the URL into a note where it is nicely converted into the Title of the webpage in question. This is my way of managing my linear progression of tabs around project research. Since my recent upgrade from 5.8.x, the functionality now seems to be a drag and drop of the full URL, and not the contextually valuable information of the page title. e.g. Before: This is the webpage title After: http://www.thisisthewebpage.com/title I tested against another system with v5.8.x that I haven't upgraded and the dag & drop of URL works as expected, leaving the title as the new line in a note. Web searches and a forum search reveal other concerns around different types of drag and drop, but not this. Any guidance or insight on this most welcome. Tim
  4. I simply want to drag an email attachment (e.g. a powerpoint deck) directly from Mac Outlook onto an Evernote note Remarkably in this day and age, this doesn't seem to be possible My workaround is to drag the attachment onto the desktop, and then drag it from the desktop onto the note, but that process interferes with the workflow. I've read several workarounds from others e.g. dragging the attachment onto the Evernote icon on the Mac dock creates a new note with the attachment embedded into the note. Close, but no cigar. Does anyone know if this is on Evernote's radar?
  5. Evernote is cross platform. This means it is good from a user interface design perspective to try and adopt UI flavours from each O/S. On most operating systems dragging items to the trash can is standard. I would therefore recommend adding this to Evernote. Apart from that no complaints.
  6. I'm creating a blank Skitch document and then adding an image from Finder. Skitch places it in the top left corner. How do I change position of the image?
  7. Hi! I'm constantly trying this.. I found the following forum entry, but couldn't contribute to the topic, so I'ver created a fresh reqest for the bug fix. I understand that I can right click, copy image, and paste into evernote, or drag to the finder then an open note, but would love to be able to drag directly from FF to an open note. Thanks!
  8. Hello Everyone, Is there a recommended method of sending information (no matter what format) using drag and drop on the Mac so that it automatically uploads it to Evernote? I just found a solution called Dropzone 2 (found here: http://aptonic.com/dropzone2/) that might do something similar, although there is no current integration with Evernote as of today's date.
