  4. The missing applet that Evernote needs the most is a time tracking extension, widget, or app add-on the could be used for tracking time or billing. Since I use Evernote for keeping notes about each assignment, it would make great sense to place this info in the same location.
  5. Evernote emailed me saying that my credit card had been declined and to contact my bank, and I did, but my bank said there were no issues. Also, on that same day, Evernote charged me $1 (not really sure why, and they aren't replying to the emails send for Evernote Support), so obviously they don't have a problem charging me. Yet, they are threatening to downgrade my Premium because they can't access my card. Has anyone else had this problem?
  6. Hello everyone, I recently renewed my Evernote premium subscription via iTunes, however, it is still not reflected in either the Evernote mac app or the web version. I am basically not able to use premium features. I already submitted a ticket for this to Evernote but since I am downgraded to a free account while this is pending, I haven't gotten a response from Evernote yet (since December 5th). This is frustrating as it is really affecting my workflow. I could not find a phone # to reach Evernote customer service but a few people suggested posting the ticket # to the forum. So in case a customer service representative is reading this post, the ticket number is 857314. Thanks
  7. I am trying to upgrade to Evernote Premium, but the system won't let me. It keeps saying that I haven't filled in the CC information, even though I have. I can't contact Evernote about it, because you can't communicate with Evernote unless you are already a premium member - there is not even a phone number for sales listed on the web site! I would like to send Evernote my money, but they are making it impossible to do so! Thanks.
  8. Evernote won't process my payment, and evidently there is NO PLACE to contact for help. It's been real nice using Evernote, but I need to be able to get a problem like this fixed or it's going to come to an end REAL fast. I specifically got a notice that Evernote can't process my payment, even though the correct card is active, and the account has more than $400 on it. I just checked. I deleted and re-entered the card, and same result. Yes, I submitted a ticket, I don't expect that's going real far. In a week or two, if I'm VERY lucky, I expect I'll hear that they can't process my payment. GET WITH IT, EVERNOTE!!!!!!!

Hi, everyone (and anyone who is in evernote support team if you can see this ) today, I purchased the premium version in my iPhone , iTunes account record shows my payment is successfully, but still , all my evernote(in iPhone, in PC) are still free version. I check the knowledge base says it may wait up to 4 hours to sync , however I wait more than 12 hours, it is still free version. I also check my registered mailbox , there is no any premium key send to my mailbox. so it clearly something wrong with the payment between iTunes and evernote's accounting system. Is anyone encounter similar issue that happened to me ? I also raise a service ticket#839447 but I don't know how long it will take for evernote team to look at and resolve my issue. :-( 2014/11/27 : correct the ticket number to #839447 due to my typo
  10. Hi, I recently renewed my premium prescription through iTunes but it is not working. I see that the $44.99 transaction has gone through on my bank statement but I am not able to use any of the premium features. Please help me out. Thanks
  11. As part of my coaching practice, I'd like to be able to work with my clients via Evernote Premium. But is there a way I can pay for their subscription and remain in control of the billing process. I don't want to simply enter my credit card details into their account. Otherwise I might end up paying for an ongoing subscription even after they've finished working with me. The only thing I can think of is asking them to pay for their own subscription, and me then reimbursing them. Just seems a tad messy. Is there another way that doesn't compromise my security? Thanks

  13. I have a BIG problem. My Premium 1 month paid subscription expired on 2.01.2014. So in the morning of that day, before expiration, having used all traffic i was unable to upload anything. So I used 10 points from refferal program for 1 month premium. The counter resetet and I had 30 days of Premium and 1 Gigabyte. Oddly, the change reflected only on desktop computer, not on another computer, even after sync. At some point even showed the old info (expires today message). Then it stabilized to 30 days remaining in cycle and 800 MB (i have uploaded 200 MB) on all devices. Then after midnight (local time) i received a message that Premium expired and i was stuck with free account. am free and with 60 MB. I thought this might happen, but i didn't have patience to wait till Premium expires to use the points. When I used the points a warning message appeared saying something about subscription expiration, but I didn't payed attention. My card is empty now so I'm out of options. Please advise
  14. Would it be possible to add user names to business billings? As we add users, I get $10 billings that just have info like order number 293874123470 which is not helpful. We have users in different departments, so each department gets billed for its users. I'd even like to add a GL code to our user name so when the invoice comes out, it is ready to print and send to the AP department. A lot of companies (phone companies, couriers, etc.) allow you to add billing codes to purchases so invoices are precoded.
  15. I'm an IT consultant and relatively new to Evernote. So far I have begun using it for capturing the daily hours, tasks, incidents, and work items for my clients. Now I'm looking for a better way to get that data into an invoice to send to the clients. At current, I'm using my existing spreadsheet invoice templates and going through the ole' copy/paste/reformat/adjust/retype dance. The solution may be easier than I think, and thus I'm putting the question out there. Within my notebooks I do not experience the tables or text formatting copying over correctly between MS Word or Excel. I'm willing to rework my invoice templates as needed to accomodate whatever solution comes to light. I'm currently not subscribed to or using any of the online billing / invoicing environments, but I'm open to doing so if need be. I'm also working on deploying Spiceworks in several of the environments I support and would enjoy seeing something that integrates with it as well. If you have ideas or suggestions, please share.   16. Hello, I'm considering a premium account, but nowhere in the Evernote documentation can I determine what happens if I exceed the advertised 1 GB per month data allowance for uploads. Does anyone know how this is billed by Evernote? Also, a related question: I have an iphone 4. The pictures that this phone takes are huge. Does anyone know how I might quickly and easily reduce file size of the pics so that I might reduce Evernote storage needs? Perhaps a quick and easy application that integrates with Evernote? I do know how to reduce file size in photoshop individually , but this is cumbersome if I just want to upload pics to Evernote from my phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!
