Hi, When I tried to empty the trash, nothing was deleted. I tried several times, nothing. I selected several at once and it worked. But after selecting other group I got a messge that some notes were restored on another device and nothing was deleted. I noticed one note in the trash that had a green arrow in the corner. I restored it, then tried to empty the trash, it worked. The trash now is empty. But I still can't delete this one note. I delete it, it goes to trash, when I try to delete it from there I keep getting this messege: "This note was already restored in another devi

Every web page I try to clip on an Android phone to send to Evernote fails with a "Clip failed" error. It used to work fine for me, but something has gone wrong. On the phone, in a Chrome Browser open to any web site, I click on the "Share" option, select "Add to Evernote", tap the elephant to select "Clip full article" (if it isn't the default from the previous "Add to Evernote" command). It says "Saving to Evernote", and then shows a checkmark seeming to indicate it worked right. When I open Evernote, it shows a note with only the title of the web page (none of the contents or text o

I've used Evernote Android for several years, but recently whenever I restart my phone the app icon has disappeared from my home screen. It's still in the app drawer so I can restore the icon and/or open the app, but this has become irritating. I don't have this problem with any other app. Any ideas, please? I'm running Android 6.0.1 (CyanogenMod 13.0) on a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini.

Hi, I am a user of Evernote Premium and I love the core Evernote ideology of having the best search around. However, I am very interested in using evernote for digital note taking via handwriting on a Samsung tablet with s-pen. The following are a few features that would make this functionality much more useful to me: 1. More stroke width options - The smallest stroke width is still way too big for me. I want to be able to write small. 2. Ability to set background to lined paper 3. Support for pressure sensitive input from s-pen, asus pen, etc. 4. Ability to zoom in/out and

Hi there, I am wondering if we will ever see the new Evernote Client for Android go live? Almost 2 months ago, the iOS client was released. Android still suffers from the very aged client which did not get any maintenance for months and no development for years. With a a market share of almost 75% devices on the web it is incomprehensible to me, why this big user base is ignored by EN. No information about release plans on the EN web page.

I was delighted to learn that Google Assistant now works directly in some Android apps, including Evernote. You can create a note in Evernote simply by by telling Google Assistant "Create a note xyz," where xyz is the note. (If you have more than one note-taking app on your phone, you may need to say, "Take a note in Evernote xyz.")

Search has stopped working for me. Works fine with notebooks I created, but doesn't work at all if the notebook was shared with me. I get no results even when there obviously should be. I deleted and reinstalled EN but problem persists. I opened a ticket with Support but response said to expect a 1 week (!) delay in response. Meanwhile EN pretty much useless. Authentication does not work. I have the biometric scanner to authorize before I get to my notes, but when I press cancel it open them, not show the keypad to enter a passcode. This only happen when I start the application, but when the application is open and I go to another application and get back it works perfectly

SHARING NETFLIX
pansovic posted an idea in Evernote for Android Requests (Versions 8.13.3 and under)
Sharing from Netflix is not working with newest version. It appears as all saved on the normal way with confirmation that it is saved but it does't appear on andoid, nor web, windows -
All three existing view like list view, card view and large card view does not go well with mobile viewing. It does not show full title and also it does not give overview of content. It would be far better if for mobile another view like "magazine view" or full screen card view can be implemented. I use feedly.. it gives very much what should be on mobile default view.

So I'm in the app, with a note open, I click the three dots, select 'add to homescreen'. The problem is that the newly created shortcut doesn't work IF Evernote is already open. All it does is open Evernote on whatever note was previously open. However if Evernote is closed, the shortcut works fine. What's even more mysterious is that my older home screen shortcuts work fine all the time. It's just all recent shortcuts I've added which don't work. I did recently downgrade from premium to free, could this be related?

Have the ability to decide the order by which images are added to a note when adding multiple images. E.g. Sort alphabetically Sort by creation date of the images Ideally have the feature whenever inserting but I understand it may be difficult when using the native send to features of a mobile device. So an alternative would be to have a default setting.

Hi All, I know this has been asked before, but is their any way to display a single note on the home screen. Examples of when this would be useful - Task list, Shopping list. Their is an app that offers this feature - http://stickytext.android.informer.com/ but it just crashes on my phone. Thanks David

In a blog post yesterday called "Unlocking Evernote's Future," Ian Small announced the release of the updated Evernote for iOS. (Such an announcement has also been at the top of the forum screens.) I took a look at the featured updates for iOS, and while the navigation looks like simply an upgrade to match the Android app, the renewed editor looks like it will incorporate many of the features Android users have been requesting, including control over fonts and colors, headers, etc. In his blog post, Small also says, "Soon, we’ll bring the new app experience to our Windows, Mac, and Android use

Hello. I'm a premium Evernote user. One of my main uses of Evernote is to make lists of websites or articles I find useful in a single note as multi level bulleted lists and linking them to their URL so it's easily clickable. This is very easy to do in the Desktop and Web app using the Ctrl+K shortcut or the Add Link button. But the Android app doesn't have an option to add hyperlink to a word or a sentence. This is a very basic function and should have been easy to implement even on Android. I'm posting this forum post from my phone and even this text box has a link option but the Evernote ap
