  1. And did they state explicitly in that email that it was a lifetime license for all future versions?
  2. ...except for my own Enex to Html implementation: if a password provided, my tool decrypts all encrypted content in the notes. Decryption and reconstruction of note links provides a consistent, self-contained HTML archive without losing any note content. This is my safety net in case everything else goes wrong...
  3. Yes, just adding the GUID to ENEX would help a lot... but in the meantime, my own Enex to HTML implementation reconstructs the for and backlinks from the note title. This works perfectly as long as the title has not changed since the link was created. My tool warns when a note title no longer matches so you can manually correct it in EN.
  4. Does the PDF include the attachments or is it just the note text?
  5. "...They also pointed out that the limit would not prevent free users from managing, editing, viewing, exporting or deleting their existing notes, even if they have more than the limit. It will only limit the user’s ability to create new notes, unless they become a paying customer...."
  6. I can't even unsubscribe if I want to... that's another way to stop an exodus 😏
  7. In recent weeks I can no longer access my billing plan: https://www.evernote.com/BillyBillingProfile.action So I don't even know what the status of my subscription is, when it will expire and how much the renewal will cost. Does anyone else have that problem too?
  8. Unfortunately, it appears that there is no AI involved during the initial selection of the interesting notes. Instead they use a primitive 'OR' query which obviously returns a huge set of irrelevant notes because it doesn't understand the semantics of the query. They probably do this to prevent all your notes from being exposed to the AI. They have promised that only a small number of notes will be sent to the AI...
  9. If you're lucky, you can take advantage of a security hole in the Evernote encryption: your unencrypted note may still be in your note history. edit: if you want to get rid of the unencrypted history, you can duplicate the note and delete the original.
  10. I'm afraid you won't see conflicting notes since the note id's are different...
  11. This is still possible (at least on the latest windows client): select a tag in the left pane and then enter your search string. Of course you can also specify the tag in your search string: "tag:XYZ abcd" or you can do a AI search
  12. Are you a free user? (Indexed) PDF search isn’t supported on a free plan (in V10) Free legacy was able to search in searchable PDFs, but this was more a bug they weren’t aware of: officially it was never supported.
  13. Yes, the new team has the agility of a small indie team backed by BendingSpoon's resources. This makes it a big winner!
  14. Completely agree, the very agile development process combined with transparent and continuous communication with the community is a real winner 👍👍👍
  15. 10.63.3 is great for me: fast note list scrolling with arrow keys, normal note loading 👍
  16. Of course, legacy keeps working because nobody is trying to "improve" it 😉
  17. I've had it frequently on my Windows client last days, and it's even permanent today. Is this a known problem on version 10.63.2 @Federico Simionato ?
  18. Yes, it should be another folder as a relative path. But I agree, that should be covered by the HTML export. Unfortunately there is still an open issue with hyperlinks (for years now), that's why I wrote my own enex to html converter, it supports : working hyperlinks (not working in V10 HTML export) relative note links to other html notes (not working in V10 HTML export) backlinks to notes (in progress) all image types are embedded or navigable, also tiff etc (not working in V10 HTML export) same image sizes as in note (not working in V10 HTML export) all note info is shown in info table (not working in V10 HTML export) create and update time source location, full address where the note has been created and corresponding URL to google maps (not even working in the V10 desktop clients) tags list, starting with '#' to allow search for specific tags encrypted text decrypted with pw dark theme option (in progress) very compact and readable HTML: a single line note is converted to 1 KB HTML while this takes 355 KB in V10 HTML !!! My converter generates a report about enex file consistency problems such as Untitled notes etc The result is a folder structure containing html notes and it's resources, similar as the V10 HTML export folder with that difference that notes may link to each other and their attachments. So it acts as a mini website on your local disk, or you can even host it on your private server if you like...
  19. maybe no "wrapped" files but the pdf format does support hyperlinks to other documents
  20. this is indeed what I see now, but before it was different, every single arrow click was instantly highlighted in the list (without waiting for note loading), so you could type many notes ahead and see it stepping through the list, no need to press blindly the arrow enough times in the hope it will finally arrive at the proper note
  21. As I tried to explain, this is different behaviour than before when you could scroll ahead, no counting needed, you just clicked the arrow key very fast to the desired note and then wait until loaded.
  22. Yeah, but when we had huge RTE delays before, it didn't affect the scrolling through the list, you just could scroll ahead to the required note and then wait until it was loaded completely.
  23. What has happened with note list scrolling? Previously the note was selected immediately in the list, now it waits until the note is fully loaded. This makes scrolling through the list with the arrow keys very sluggish and counter-intuitive...
