Hi, Thanks for your response. It is now operating in an updated version, maybe the web version. All the lost pictures are now showing up as attachment unavailable. Is there any way of retrieving them? Cheers

Hi there, Some of my pictures/screenshots seem to be lost and replaced with a little icon and a "search in sidebar query" What does this mean? Can I get access to the image again? How do I stop this from happening? I have a basic subscription, would upgrading guarantee against this happening again? Thank you
