Don't think I have security software or MDM , how would I check?

I deleted the app by putting it in the trash, emptied the trash and reinstalled from the website, nothing changed, so I attempted unsuccessfully to use with the AppCleaner, got the same message about protected apps

It was initially installed from the AppStore.

App cleaner is saying the evernote app is protected, any suggestions?
