I have a paid account with Evernote but as of this morning I can't log in with Apple ID. I followed the recommended workaround of requesting a password reset. I followed the steps for that process and, instead of creating a new password for my account, it created a brand new account.
I use this account to organize my work and have now been without my notes, links, etc for several hours.
To make matters worse the system is telling me that I need to upgrade my account to get access to the support ticketing system that I already paid for!!!
This is infuriating...
