Seriously Evernote! Please put up the issue on Social media and Pin the Post in Forum. This was so frustrating to me. Figuring out this chat thread took a long time. Communication should have been done esp. considering that it is common to have service outages and more common to notify the userbase.

Well Thanks but it is not about the Chrome version. Wikipedia articles such as https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adaptive_system are not clipping after the Major Wikipedia Update. Evernote team was able to reproduce the problem and have confirmed it.

Clipping Wikipedia articles is important because most frequently wikipedia link is top cited in search engines.
