The problem with some texts deleted has returned, I use Evernote 10.50.2 and Android 13. Does anyone has the same problem?

Hi, I have sync problems, Evernote version is 10.50.2 and Android 13. I've just updated now in Google Play. Not only sync problems but I cannot use Android for editing, when I try to do it part of the text is not saved, notes get dupplicated and app doesn't respond. I opened a ticket in January, it seemed the problem was solved but after a few weeks working OK the problem happens again. Am I the only one experiencing this problem with Andorid.

Just to confirm the problem I had is solved, I opened a ticket for EN support which has been great. It seems some updates in the syncing of my notes that should be automatic were hung up. I want to thank you all for your attention and assistance in this forum. It was very important for me.

Yes thanks, I did, ticket was created but the first reply was to participate in this forum, later they have requested infos and screen videos. They are very supportive. I've uninstalled the app and install again. It works better, not sure if the new installation or the support team work, but problem persist, app on Android is terribly slow. I've just modified a note, after saving it the screen just don't respond, it’s blocked.

I have exactly the same problem with Android 13 and EN lastest version. I cannot longer create a note in the phone. This problem started some months ago but now it's impossible to create notes on the phone which is the main reason why I use Evernote, it's not evernote right now.

Thanks a lot for the link, I was looking for dicussions about EN in Android and this one had exactly the same problem that I have now, notes are not saved, so I wondered if iPhone and Android users we facing the same problem, that is also a possibility.

Same for me but with Android, Evernote has many problems to save simple notes I can hardly create new notes in the phone presently Evernote is only reliable in the PC

Yes, same for me, I can no longer use EN with Android.

I've been using Evernote for years in Android phones and Windows PC. I could create notes easily on the phone and they would sync with PC rather well. In the last 2 moths creating a new note in the phone it's almost imposible, the text deletes automatically. All other apps in the phone work perfectly, the phone has been optimized, why is EN not working? I've paid for one year but the experience is not good. Is there a way to solve these issues?
