Make Any Note within a Notebook Pinned to the Top - Or Always At the Top of the List ! (Regardless of Filter)

SimplyIceTea posted an idea in Evernote for Windows Requests (Versions 10.0 and above)

As the Title Reads, I would like My ONE Note within the list of notes shown for my Notebook to be at the Top! Example: Imagine your Notebook containing your Favorite Notes Pinned at the Top of the Side List instead of pinned to Home or taking up space on your Favorite Side Bar. They are pinned within the Notebook Side List of notes. I don't suppose that is a Feature currently on Evernote Windows Desktop Version unless I missed something. Thank you! -SimpyIceTea
