  1. Just took a page of notes in a meeting with client. Go back to my notes just now and they are blank and gone. I just can't trust Evernote at this point to work. And collaborate editing didn't work and then it started working and now it doesn't work again. Team is all on latest version. Doesn't seem to matter. Yeesh. I'm exploring alternatives at this point, but I don't honestly think there is another solution out there that is like this so feel kind of stuck. Love the idea of this but the execution of it is killing us.
  2. I'm having issues being able to change and then save a different Due Date on Tasks. On Tasks Screen: Select a Task Select the Due Date Change the Due Date Select Save...and nothing happens about 50% of the time. I have to Cancel and then retry it at which point it might or might not Save. Keep retrying until it saves. Anyone else noticing this? It started happening with R 10.57.5.
  3. We are on the Teams platform. I'll send this to our account support contact I guess.
  4. We have three users on the Teams version of Evernote. Have verified all of us are on 10.56.8 for desktop/laptop and 10.5 for mobile. Collaborate editing doesn't work for us. We have started new notes to try and test this and nothing. Still works like it always has and I even had a sync dupe issue when I started a note and shared it to test it. Lol.
  5. This seems to fix the issue so thank you. It looks as if the local clients get hung up so doing this pulls the correct updates from the server. However, it looks as if I"m going to have to do this fairly often. I've already had to do it three times since you've posted this to clear things up on my local clients.
  6. Anyone else experiencing sync issues specific to Tasks? We have a small team of three folks using Evernote Teams and we are starting to notice a few sync issues with specific Tasks. Example Issues: Two of us can see Tasks that were entered in the Action Items portion of a Meeting Note Template but the third person can't. We have two tasks that will not die. No matter who completes them or deletes them they reappear about 30 seconds later so they are forever stuck in our Task list. Tasks not assigned to me end up mysteriously assigned to one of the other guys and vice versa. Any attempt to reassign back to correct owner only sticks temporarily before it then goes back to the wrong owner. Tasks completed by Task Owner shows completed in his instance of Teams but shows uncompleted and overdue in the other two guys instance. Not sure how to resolve any of this. We've all logged out and restarted to no avail. Are we stuck with these phantom issues?
