Search only works for new notes

I have the same problem First screendump shows all Enfocus notes, Second Using Search only provides some useless links and two recent notes. The system was upgraded 10.14.6 safety update of around 10/10/2019. After that this problem occurred. I had this problem in 2018, also after an Mac OS upgrade. As the solution is in Evernote, but I cannot find it.....because the search is not working .....;-( F
