Hello, I'm new to Evernote and just tried to use a note for my exhibit list. I finally went to Word because I couldn't take the frustration anymore. Copying / pasting titles of documents from the web resulted in HUGE fonts, one time I copied a link and was UNABLE to remove the link. It was a multi-step process to change the font size and formatting, EVERY SINGLE TIME I pasted: I could not figure out why my text is BELOW the numbers and could not fix it. This is what a list is supposed to look like: I'm not exactly a huge Word fan, but I can't figure out the Evernote notes. What am I missing? Much appreciate any pointers!

Please delete, had to sign up for the free trial AGAIN. I've spent hours reviewing options, features, finally signed up for the $5.83/month 14 day free trial. I'd include the screenshot, but don't seem to be able to post it here. I'm so incredibly frustrated after over half an hour of searching the Evernote site and the web for help with downloading the desktop app. I also read an article about the desktop app at Evernote and of course it did NOT have a download link. I search and search and search, my eyes are about to fall out. Where is the info on how to work OFF LINE? Thanks much!
