Cannot scroll content in home page with mouse wheel

This happen all the time for longer time and only for Evernote. I restarted browser or PC many times. I am not sure if this is not Evernote problem. Can anyone reproduce problem? The latest Firefox on Windows 11. -
I cannot scroll content in home page with mouse wheel in Firefox (the latest 104.0.1). I can scroll with scrollbar on the right. In Chrome wheel scrolling works. On other than home page scrolling seems to work. Home page looks like:
