  1. I too just spent an hour trying to make it work. As a paying customer, it is frustrating. In the end, we paid Evernote for a scanner manufactured by Fujitsu. Apple updated their OS, we updated, now we have large hunks of useless electronics on our desks. I've tried switching to other applications with no luck. If I have to get a new scanner, it probably won't be a Fujitsu :-( Thank you to everyone trying to get this resolved. Fingers crossed that it's soon.
