Occasionally, I want to know if I saved an external document link "somewhere in Evernote." Today, I have to go to the likely places to find them and check the hyperlink. With a feature like this, I could paste in the URI into the search box and find all of the notes that have a link to the external webpage. So, the general feature request here: add external link references to the searchable text.
