I'm not asking for any premium services. Simply the basic ability to add simple notes.

I paid for Evernote premium for over two years while in school but am financially unable to pay for premium this year. However, I signed up for Evernote initially because I knew I could keep adding free notes even if I wasn't able to pay for the service every year. (Up to 100,000 notes) But now I have a 50 notes limit. No heads-up. No warning. No consideration that I did pay for a couple of years. I get to be one of the "lucky" ones in the test to be put into the 50 notes club. I'm having no luck finding a way to contact support and ask that I be removed from the test group. Please, I have tried to pay while I could, but I am unable to pay for the premium services currently. I just want to be able to add simple notes. Please help.

I paid for 2 and a half years, but am in no financial position to keep paying. I'm frustrated that I got placed in the 50 limit category!! And worse still, there was no warning or allowance for me to have 50 notes until they closed the option so it's not like I could plan for this. I'm very frustrated, after investing so much money into this service, I thought that I would be allowed to at least create new notes...

Thanks for your help. The most recent update to the web version of Evernote resolved the issue, yay!

I have always copy and pasted (or added screen shots) to Evernote without a glitch. (Windows online version) Suddenly in the last couple of months, it has changed and simple images will not show. It's frustrating because the majority of my work in Evernote is with screen shots. I've made sure my version is up to date as well as Chrome. Any ideas on how to fix this?
