I restart EN and device daily. I have also deleted the entire EN folder to rebuild local database. I haven't uninstalled.... will try this next. Thanks @gazumped

I should have mentioned; these images were all opening as recently as 2 weeks ago.

I need to login using another computer and see if it's specific to this computer.

Hi Gazumped, I'm on Windows 10. The snapshots are taken on iphone using the EN app. Cheers

Hi All, Major headaches viewing snapped images. Windows EN won't display thumb nails and won't open when downloaded locally. No issues from web client; and I can download and open. Preferred application is Windows. Any suggestions on how I can resolve/work around this - I see a lot of similar issues raised but nothing recently. Much appreciated.
