  1. I've been using Evernote for a few years already. I am setting my staff up with Teams, that is why I cancelled my account, though I pay annually and I missed the renewel period back in September. That is why I will have the personal account that I don't need for the next year or so. The problem is, when I was signing up for the Teams account there was a required box for personal email. Because I already had an account it rejected my email so I entered a dummy email account I never use to be able to complete the signup.
  2. New to forums so I am having a hard time finding the correct spot to post this request or how to contact support. I have an existing Professional account for my personal email. I was trying to upgrade to a Teams account. This required me to created a new account using my work email. It then would not let me input my existing accounts email for personal email. I ended up using a dummy email to be able to set up my Teams account. How can I link my 2 accounts? There should be a better option upgrading to Teams, and likely(though I can't verify as none of my co-workers have used Evernote previously) linking existing Evernote accounts as Team members. I have canceled my Professional membership though it is paid through September next year, is there any additional benefit to me for having both teams and professional during that period? or do I just delete that account and then change the personal email in account settings of my Teams account? I'd have to wait until our trial period is over to do that as I do not want to delete it if we decide not to continue using Teams.
  3. It does seem excessive, I rarely read the update content anymore because they come so often. The updates have not risen to the level of annoying quote yet, they have just become a part of my morning routine when I get to my desk. Gotta click OK, never bother with even reading what it says any longer. I don't even know what the format of the update content looks like to offer suggestion on improving that aspect because at this point my mind has learned to block it out. Outside of critical updates; If it was done on the X of every month or whatever schedule you decide to choose it may be more effective.
  4. Work Chat needs some improvements to truly be useful, especially when Team members are working remotely. Evernote could turn into an amazing all-in-one solution to bring remote users into the office. Add a widget for Chat to Home maybe an ability to open a video/audio conference through Evernote or ability to attach to external service such as Zoom Note creation direct from chat Live-connected scratch pad Imagine all the convenience items of working in a traditional office such as dropping stickynotes on someones desk, or popping your head around a cubicle for a quick comment.
  5. It would be awesome if there was a feature for Evernote Teams that allowed me to set up an iPad for my technicians that they could use and when they take a photo or video it automatically creates a note to to a published notebook that I set as the default for the device and all they have to do is enter the project number they are working on as the title. or an option to set it up so the technician enters the project number and it creates a notebook into a Default "Space" on teams and all photos and videos go into that notebook until they create a new notebook.
