Hello PinkElephant, It's good to hear that the issue was already been reported to Evernote. I didn't know that so I decided to make a new topic. I personally use Bitwarden for saving my passwords and creating those one-time codes. Even though I'd say I'm quite skilled with computers, at first I wasn't sure whether it's possible use other apps than Google Authenticator. I've never used it so I thought there may be some kind of feature that other apps lack and therefore it would not be possible to use other apps. But as I said in my first message, I managed to save the necessary TOTP link into Bitwarden.

Hello, I enabled the two-step verification on my Evernote account using a password management app. At first I thought this wasn't possible since the page mentioned only the Google Authenticator app. Now it says I'm using Google Authenticator app, which is not true. I'm able to use another password management app correctly but I think the setup process was a little misleading, because I really thought Google Authenticator app was the only possibility, even though it was not. Would it be possible to mention that you can use also other apps besides Google Authenticator? I expected that Evernote would ask about other apps after I skipped the Google Authenticator option, but it didn't. Cheers, Walter K.
