Thank you for your reply. I took your advise and ensured only 2 devices are listed. I wonder long it will take for the upgrade popup to go away?

Here is the dialogbox to Upgrade acct I mentioned

to use application. I tried using Esc button, looking for [X] on that dialogbox, even reloading page. When I use browsers DevTools to inspect the page I see several errors listed. I attached a .log file here www.evernote.com-1634571683205.log
