  1. MacFixer, I appreciate your help, but I'm afraid I've reached diminishing returns on resolving this issue. I thought your suggestion was an "Ah Ha moment", but my Android tablet isn't giving me the option to customize the toolbar. The Outlook Store seems to confirm that the Evernote Add-In was added, but Outlook.com fails to recognize this Add-In (or the ones for Trello or ToDoist) exist. Bummer. I'll resort to forwarding my captures to the Evernote email address. Thanks again, Rick
  2. Great reference, but still no joy. I added the Evernote add-in, but it is not showing up (the Elephant logo) anywhere on the Outlook ribbon (or anywhere else on it). Thanks for the help so far. Rick (P.S. -- Can't believe I'm trying to watch the Super Bowl while doing this.)
  3. Thanks for sticking with me on this. Oddly, when I click on Outlook.com and log in, I do not see where I can access the add-ins. I am using a Samsung android tablet, but routinely use the Outlook client. I tried to enter a ticket with Support, but the response has been that the Support function is being reorganized (or something to that effect) and I am encouraged to check back later. Rick
  4. Dave-in-Decatur and Macfixer... Thanks for the feedback. I've deleted and added back the add-in a couple of times and still no joy. I submitted a ticket to Support and will hopefully get some direction from them. Rick
  5. I continue to have a problem with the Outlook 365 add-in not working. It is in a constant "Loading' mode. 6. Along this line, I used to be able to insert the day-of-the-week + date via a shortcut, the format for which was selected via the Preference section. Will this be coming back? I used it a lot. Rick ============= Later: Thanks to CalS who pointed me in the direction of PhraseExpress.com, which provided an excellent solution, not to mention the price was great (free). I tripped through the menu and was able to set up a separate folder for Evernote-specific shortcuts. I called my desired shortcut "Log Date". There is flexibility to generate your desired date format, but I had to do a little comparison-analysis to figure it out. I got it done with a little trial and error, actually more errors than desired.
