Evernote support has left me high and dry after 10 years as a customer. Scary trusting your personal information to a black box. When they don't respond you are locked out! A forced upgrade this summer to Evernote version 10.125 resulted in a lost of half of my notes. I have a backup but the support staff can't get their own application to access the file. It appears they have lost control of both their new Evernote 1-.125 and the Legacy App that should support finding my notes again. The worst part is that there is virtually no support. I have been reduced to having to send an email requesting assistance then waiting 7 days for a response. (Any now nothing) I paid extra to try to get a hold of a human to work through the problem but my requests are in vain. I've been encouraging with a "you can do it" attitude but silence. I would love to be proved wrong. Evernote, talk to me, help get me back up and running so I can love you like i did for a decade
