I'm having this exact same problem. I'm synced with my phone and the app on my computer. I accidentally tried to log in yesterday from a web browser and had to unsync that. It appeared to be successful, but it popped that same laptop ID up again as a synced device. Unsynced it again. Today, I can't really do anything because I guess it thinks that my laptop is still synced and I've used my two unsyncs allowed in a month. I'm not sure what to do at this point. Have you found other work arounds?? Thanks
