Any response to this issue? I'm having the same issue running several months now with no internal fix seemingly occurring. This is a dead end issue for me as my only recourse is to dump all of my documents and abandon the account and reopen under the email...but trying that failed as I can't reuse the email address Anyone have any ideas?
