IOS Scannable > [SCAN document] > Send > Share > Save to Files. Both the ‘Save’ and ‘Cancel’ Buttons are hidden as their text is White - on a white background. Has been this way at least all this year and is an awful UI oversight. Would be delighted to see it corrected.
