PDF attachements will not open

I have this same problem. just started using a new laptop (PC) last week. Pdfs opened from Evernote on the old pc. Using this version: I don't see local files in the locations listed above. I have 14000 notes and at least 11000 of them have pdfs so this is a problem I would like to fix. Any thoughts?

Same problem. New computer (PC), new app with 10 years of notes. I cannot open pdf files. Here's the error popup
