  1. still hoping to get a revision to @Terell script. i'm NOT getting any error messages, my issue is different (as described). if this is still a symptom of the hookproductivity bug description, then ok, but i have a sliver of hope still since Terell got it working.
  2. yes, REALLY hoping @Terell can/will help us out, or someone else who's knowledgable in Applescript very soon 🙂
  3. @Terell thank you for modifying/updating this little script for Catalina! i'm not a scripter but i do understand how to put it in the Script Editor, Compile it, & run it. when i do, it imports from "all iCloud" instead of the folder(s) i choose. oddly though, it does seem to be looking in to the folder i choose at least to gather the number of notes within that folder; then it imports that number of notes, just not from the chosen folder but from the main list. any suggestions/thoughts on this? thanks.
  4. pipin' in with a "me too". when i click the elephant icon in safari's toolbar, it actually does open the clipper; & i can make adjustments to the kind of clipping & where to put it & all. but when i click for it to do it, i just get the animated spinner... forever... well, at least until i give up & refresh or close the tab/window. also note, i can go in to its "options" but 'any' clicks there go unnoticed - even to sign out. and yes, i too have uninstalled & gone thru the typical motions. looking much forward to a fix - especially since i'm one of them suckers who pay for premium ;-) fyi: cross-posted at...

  6. EVERY time i leave Evernote (Mac) open/running when i put my MacBook Pro to sleep then wake up to use again... the column widths get reset to a width that's too narrow to read anything. then when i try to resize the width (again), the app crashes. this is a consistent pattern, & yes, i always confirm to send the crash report when it comes up after relaunching the app. ALSO if i have any notes open & minimized into the dock, they do not show back up there after the app quit's/crashes/relaunches. that's HIGHLY annoying!!!
  7. ***SOLVED*** YAY - the latest Cocktail update did the trick! see screenshot...
  8. just a quick followup to give information i had sent a support email from the Cocktail website describing this situation. i got a reply today (April 22, 2015) that said... ...so... yay! can't wait :-)
  9. hello @jbignert thank you for your reply & for asking the engineering team & for offering a suggestion. i tried it... i UNchecked "Saved Application States" (second to the last option on page 3 of the PDF'ed screenshots). the result - it worked for Safari but did not work for Chrome (odd). i guess that means that token is actually elsewhere. i read somewhere after google'ing that some extensions login info might be somewhere in ~/Library > Application Support > Google > Chrome > Default... so, next i UNchecked "Chrome" altogether (bottom row of page 4 of the PDF'ed screenshots); which i'm assuming just tells Cocktail to skip over anything Chrome related, and sure enough, the Evernote clipper stays logged in. so, if you can figure out what other options to try UNchecking (or checking) to make Chrome work like Safari with the "Saved App States" UNchecked... i'd appreciate it. ✌
  10. any time i run the Cocktail.app's Pilot (www.maintain.se/cocktail), the web clippers in both Safari & Chrome (on Mac) get reset & require logging in again to both. attached are screenshots of the cocktail settings i use. does anyone know which setting is the one that resets the web clipper? thanks. 11. count me in on the auto-zoom & positioning bug. and the cultural post too. lots of disappointments in the evernote & skitch apps (both mac & ios). but i hope they fix this bug asap -2¢
