Spinning green circle on startup

I have removed all of my devices, and now it seems worst than before. The spinning circle keeps coming every few minutes. The sync functionality is the main feature of evernote and any cloud related note taking apps, so hopefully they will fix it at no time. -
I double checked and I have just one device connected to my account

Every time I start my Evernote I need to wait almost a minute for the loading symbol to disappear. It disappear after a few seconds and appear again and stay there for another few seconds (almost a minute, or even longer in certain days). The little wheel doesn't even move. Ps. Sometimes it appears 4-5 times on the screen, it is not great as sometimes the user just wants to type a quick note and needs to wait quite a long time. FIRST WHEEL SECOND WHEEL
