  1. I have been having the exact same problem with Evernote web clipper version and gmail using chrome Version 93.0.4577.82. I have a business account and every employee account is experiencing the same issue. In addition to the gmail recognition issue, all my employees have been complaining that the clipper crashing. I have experienced the clipper crashing recently from time to time as well , I logged out and back in and cleared the chrome cache and it works but the clipper is still temperamental. This is happening on computers using windows 10 and chrome os. JayBob this does not give me a warm fuzzy feeling. The clipper has been a rock solid Evernote service for years. The ability to easily get emails into Evernote has been kept me loyal since 2012 . I hope it doesn't change.
  2. I did restart and the issue was not present on a staff computer using W10. After I posted here I noticed that another unrelated app was throwing up errors in a similar fashion complaining about signing in, I figured it must be a chrome issue. I powerwashed the chromebox and switched to the stable channel, I was using beta, this fixed the issue on both apps. Chrome devs must be trying something different regarding signing into apps that that is causing havoc.
  3. Web Clipper not working using Chrome Version 80.0.3987.39 (Official Build) beta (64-bit) on a Asus Chromebox 3. The clipper extension icon displays green. when I click to clip something a dialog box very briefly appears and then disappears that states I am successfully logged in. Then another dialog box appears that states "Evernote Web Clipper uses cookies to identify your account. Check your browser settings to make sure third-party cookies are accepted from Evernote." I have check and the settings are correct. I cleared cache and cookies, and removed and reinstalled the extensions. The problem still repeats itself in the same manner.
  4. my shortcuts are gone on the web, mobile and windows platforms.
  5. I'd like EN to add work chat to the Chrome OS Evernote App (the android based platform). I like the continuity of the Chrome OS App with the Android App. I like the beta web platform better than the original , but work chat is a must for me and my organization. At first I thought it was silly to have a chat dedicated only to work, but as we implemented , we all took to the work chat. Work chat is great, no emojis makes me . All the clutter is kept away and chatter is kept outside. In conclusion Chrome OS App would be about perfect if work chat was included or Evernote work chat is split off and made a separate Chrome OS app.
