I currently use The Hit List for my personal tasks. One of the killer features that service has is that there is a lot of flexibility on setting how tasks recur. Tasks can recur on a fixed interval (e.g., every three days, every Friday, or the last Monday of each month), or they can recur relative to completion, (e.g., regenerate the task 10 days after completion). Outlook has supports some of this too, but is more limited than The Hit List. The Hit List is an excellent reference on how to implement tasks really well, but it's clear the team behind it is no longer doing major updates. If Evernote can match the killer features, I would consider switching over.
