I 100% agree. This is why I'm going to cancel my subscription. This has been an issue for over a year now. Why would I use Evernote as storage when Google Docs does the same thing for free?

Since this clearly hasn't been resolved, is there something coming down the pipeline of when the developers will resolve it? Honestly going to cancel my subscription soon because of this horrible customer service.

As this clearly hasn't been fixed yet, is there a timeline to when the development team will fix this issue? It doesn't make sense that old features disappear in new updates. I don't want to pay for a devolving product.

This is exactly my current problem with Evernote. It used to be that they had this feature, but after the new UI redesign, a tab now indents everything. I complained about this months ago, and since the customer service is so horrible that I can't get a serious reply from anyone about it, it will probably be the reason I cancel my Evernote subscription after using it for years. This is probably the most basic thing for a typing application to have, and the only thing Level 5 moderators seem to latch on is that "Evernote is not a text editor", when it clearly functions as that. Is there any actual fix to this issue yet? Is it in the pipeline to add the feature to change this? At this point, there's no point in spending money to use Evernote when something that any other platform offers for free can do this simple task. Waiting to hear more on how this is being resolved.

It used to be that I could select multiple tags at once and nest them under other tags for organizational purposes. Now, in the new update, and this seems to have been a problem since October 2020, there is only the sidebar that comes out and I have to move each tag one at a time. It's extremely tedious. Please bring back the old tag menu. The sidebar is nice for searching, but horrible for organization.
