ahh yes... activate BOTH skitch helper AND the app itself under security settings... that worked!! THANKS -
hi guys, same problem here, on latest mac OS big sur, I am only getting my background screen shot, not the content I selected with the crosshairs.... really annoying; tried changing security settings as per above but... nothing:(((. Help!
