  1. And that is the reason I hate most of the DIY solutions like Notion. If I wanted to build my own information system, I'd hire a programmer. Don't have time for that. They give you a blank white slate and say "make it what you want." It's the biggest stigma with PIM systems these days... people spend too much time fiddling and not enough time actually getting work done.
  2. Hi All. I was finally updated on Monday afternoon 2/19. The jury is still out for me, however on first glance I'm glad the heavy contrast is gone. It definitely modernizes the app. The notes interface is clean and I like certain ways they outline the note itself and the side bar to appear to have it floating. That said, I think were many things that were not considered. The first I'll touch on here is the Home dashboard. I use this a lot, but now it's a mess. Without any contrast or borders things are just floating and fading (especially the stuff that scrolls). I really hope they're working on this to make it look better. Honestly, I agree with some other users. I think this is the first step toward them adding much more customizable/new features to catch up to the competition (Notion, etc.)
  3. Hey @VincentC I downloaded 10.76.2 from the website. I've refreshed caches in both Safari and Chrome and have rebooted. Nothing. Sent a support inquiry to Evernote, but they sent me a standard form response asking me to do standard things, so I'm going to reply one more time with the logs they asked for and a screenshot, but I don't expect to get anywhere. I think they haven't fully rolled it out yet. And since I'm using the teams version, we may be last. Plus, now with the 6 hour time difference, getting any type of human is going to take some time. Unfortunately, I may just have to wait. 😩
  4. @VincentC Nope. Installing the latest version from the website didn't work. All the updates, but no new UI.
  5. Thanks Vinnie, I'll try that route, too and report back when I can.
  6. I have not received an update with the new UI, even though I seem to have the latest version. I do have a teams membership (even though I am only one person at the moment). How do I get the new version with the new UI? I’m actually looking forward to it. Thanks in advance for your help
  7. I don't have the new UI. I'm wondering why. I have 10.75.2 on a Mac and it's the same. Am I missing something?
  8. The point update Spark just made didn't fix the problem. Still waiting on them to get back to me and I'll report back. Please leave this thread open so I can at least let everyone know if they fixed it. Thanks.
  9. They just released this feature in the new desktop app and their implantation is pretty good so far. They give you an interface to edit the title, attach it as the full email or a PDF, assign it to a notebook, tag it, and even add a preamble note. I actually really like it. They do it for several other programs, too, including Apple Reminders and Things. I'm waiting on the calendar support, too, and they say it's coming... so we wait.
  10. I'm starting to think you all may be right. It definitely has worked before. Maybe it's this new app. When I hear back from them, I'll let you know.
  11. I have asked on a couple Spark forums and waiting for a reply. Unfortunately, I do think this is an Evernote permissions problem as that’s where the error happens. All other integrations I’ve tried working across multiple machines. Thanks for your reply.
  12. The new Spark Mail just released integrations which many of us have been waiting a long time for...and their execution is great. There's only one problem. Today I integrated the Spark Mail I have on my work machine with Evernote and it worked flawlessly. When I got home, I attempted to integrate the Spark Mail app on my laptop with Evernote and it continuously gave me an error. It wasn't until I revoked my access at work that I was able to connect it at home. This didn't happen before (with the old Spark). Why is it not letting me connect? Because it thinks I'm already connected? How do I solve this? I really don't want to have to revoke and reintegrate access every time I move a machine. There's got to be a way around this. Anybody?
  13. @aukirkI know. I had already started looking at alternatives, and started using a separate task manager. Now with the speed and reintroducing myself to the global shortcuts--like I said--I'm literally blown away. It's like a totally new program to me. Glad things are speedy for you, too. What type of business or you in? And/or what do you use EN for?
  14. I'm in love with Evernote all over again. THANK YOU for doing such a great job on the M1 version. It loads in just about 1-2 seconds now (instead of 15-20) and everything is snappy. Sometimes, I don't even see the screen change. I'm rediscovering things about Evernote I forgot about because they actually load now! Thanks again!
