  1. This issue has just started in the past few days. I am experiencing various related symptoms. This is happening quite often with most of the notes I am working on.

    Duplicates  are being created of of notes that I am editing. Or notes I am editing are not saving and a duplicate is created. The only other client I use is the iOS client, but these are notes that have not yet been been synced to the iOS client and are not open in a focused iOS client, either after creating or after editing.

    Hi all,

    Thank you for following up.

    @Cherice B @saffie111 I'm sorry to hear that the issue has persisted. I'll be reaching out to you directly to gather more information.

    @ej8899 You mentioned:

    We working to address these types of issues as quickly as possible, and I'll follow-up once I have an update.

    Shane, do you have any idea why 10.0.2 is not appearing in the App Store? I’m on 10.0.1 and see no update available.

    Thanks.

  3. The issue started for me when using the previous ios version. I wasn't able to get the app to sync. I uninstalled and reinstalled, which installed the new version. I have all of the symptoms mention in this thread, with the additional report that the green sync symbol in the upper right corner of the note in the list will not disappear after successful sync until I force quit and relaunch the app.

    I have uninstalled EN from the iPhone. The badge number appears upon reinstall even before launching or logging in. Where is it getting the badge number data, if all of the EN data was removed with the uninstall? Is there some vestige data from the account left on the device?

    I have learned from EN support chat that even after an uninstall, iOS keeps the most recent badge count in the system. All other account data is removed.

  5. I want 2-way sync integration, or something that would index each mail message to a web database, so that regardless the device being used to access the mail message, the database record will be universally called up. Without such an integration or side app, individual email messages sent to Evernote are divorced from further direct email transports, and as such the process is cumbersome and impractical for any fast-paced workflow.
