Using the new Samsung Galaxy 24U now. I'm trying S Pen with Gboard. Samsung keyboard handwriting typing made zero sense. Possibly an AI thing. SPen is working to type within notes, can Scroll thru notes in EN, But cannot edit within Notes. Managed to make a sketch, probably do not have scrolling enabled within notes for continuous sketch. Yeas, updated to 17.5.1. Thought this could add to your info @Dave-in-Decatur

Would love to learn more about it. Diabetes? Having had early onset cataract sx., I now see 20/20. A Visual Thinker w/ ADD - is exactly why I Use & NEED EN. So, Question. Does EN actually take into consideration these - dare I Say It - Health Considerations - of people who are totally willing to PAY for their Premium Service ❓✌🏼. It's an important, interesting view... Might I ask, how the update Android v 10.66.0 going? I'm still running v10.64.0, and aside from needing to Re Start my newish samsung galaxy 23u to get EN's screen unstuck... I've been able to see images & pull up voice recordings from years ago. Finding notes as mentioned above, not so much. So, I HESITATE as usual to update. I'll be upgrading to the new new Galaxy 24U (yeah, so much for "anti- AI" 😳). I'd really like things to run well. Any feedback muchly appreciated.

I pay for One Note, 365 & whatever other nonsense MS offers & want to Dump it. When I do not have a headache & can figure out transition for my images, Poof, it's g.o.n.e. Going from 69.99 to 130$ for my EN was not easy, but let's look at all we are getting (as updates get better on Android especially😳). Being invested IN them since 2010 makes them part of my life, yeas. Funny, I just downloaded "Upnote" ~ nice free app, but I Never expect ANYTHING to Rock my world for "Free". Not a Thing. Money makes the planet go 'round. You will not get anything of major Value for Free. (Yeas I've been in sales a long time as well.) i wish I could use a Free account. Tried a test in setting one up while working with support around Sept. I believe there were issues signing in.

I have experienced Same EXACT problem @Jordan Vinarub. But in 16 iOS. Thumbnail shows, but image is not in Note. Still NOT Updating till I know it's SAFE.

I've worked with Hector C. (Technical support specialist - obviously later 2022). He stepped in after I asked for Reymar (help & learning) to send me over to THE BIG BOYS because he was wasting my time. Was missing my default notebook. Yeas, I deserve a gold ⭐.

I have the SG23U, am an Artist but rarely use sketch because glass screensavers do not like. I'd rather have screen protection for now. Probably change my mind in future. Thanks 4 the solid reporting. I have true "Update Fear". Been thru far too many problems, therefore back & forth drama w/ support.

So, the 10.57.2 is generally working well, (Android) minus Sketching ~ particularly on Samsung Devices ?

This opening of a note 2xs to actually Open Note has become Ritual. Compared to other problems I've experienced with EN functioning in Android, it's not crippling.

I do not update until I know it is "SAFE". Reading the Forum is quite helpful. This inability to share to EN is a continuing issue. A really Huge one. So, I thank you for your info @BEHA, as I will stay on 10.55 until I can update to 10.57.2.

2 days? Count as a blessing... Some have seen Weeks, possibly months without being able to log in/ utilize EN at all. Yup. Still here.

I use DDGo on Android but, On Web, EN makes me sign in each time, interestingly. In order to use Web, I must use Chrome. It's quite annoying, must blow up & it is a bit unreliable. If I search, it gives me a choice of "searching in your notebooks" the "Saved searches" took a while to delete. The iPad is easier to navigate, but still only gives me specific searches in my notes not general search. Apologies if off topic, but iOS is running better in all aspects. Plus Prints. Both on web a you asked. When you all are running smoother in 10.55.1 on iOS I will update.

I do believe Image loading is BETTER, recent voice notes not playing, i'll need to find origin. Has anyone noticed Android v.10.55 has no Print ability ? Yeas, tried "Note Info" > Export > but it's spinning. (Always ⚠️ Low on ink) Thanks Everyone.
