  1. Thx garyw01, We're investigating. So far it works as expected for us in our testing. Can you post a list of other extensions you have installed that we can check for conflicts? PM me if you don't wan't to make it public.
  2. A few things to try: - Make sure you have the Firefox plug-in Adobe Acrobat reader enabled in Firefox. - Make sure yo are updated to version 6.1 of the Web Clipper available here https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/evernote-web-clipper/versions/
  3. If you can PM or post the URL where this can be observed we can investigate better.
  4. There is already a switching button also in the Web Clipper sign in page assuming that user has Simplified Chinese set as their language and that they are accessing the Web Clipper form inside China. Using VPNs or proxies that mess with IP address may prevent the switch link from showing up.
  5. Make sure your OS language is set to anything but Simplified Chinese and then try log out and log back in.
  6. You are correct that at present Evernote does not support webp format. At the moment I don't have an update on if this is planned to be added or when.
  7. Give us a sample URL and we can run some tests against it.
  8. It appears to me that the Web Clipper is not successfully installed. What happens when you try to install the new version from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/evernote-web-clipper/
  9. At present there's no setting to disable the context menu. I'll add that as a feature request, it sounds very reasonable.
  10. I can confirm the issue and have logged a bug for this. I don't have an ETA for a fix at this point.
  11. @csihiling Unfortunately no there's no direct way to go from our notelink format into the native clients without opening it first in the browser. I'd like that as well but at present that's not possible.
  12. Hi Povilas, Where notes are opened is controlled by a cookie in your browser. The first time you open a notelink you was served with a dialog prompting you to choose to open either in the browser or in the desktop client. It's not completely intuitive to users that this dialog sets a preference in this cookie and we have no user facing setting that controls it at this point. Here's a guide that hopefully explains how to change this behavior: https://www.evernote.com/l/AAwaBli0sYNKv77rQKfGUVrLkSnpwwslXUg Let me know if it helps. (the guide is written from a Web Clipper perspective but it is a general setting...)
  13. I don't think the problem is caused by the IE Web Clipper. Please try disabling the keyboard shortcut in the Windows client as described here: https://www.evernote.com/shard/s13/sh/6229d70c-da65-4a39-b16e-10c681cc6880/f4455ac2603154c8c637ad1d08451dce If however you don't want the IE Web Clipper you can disable it in: in IE go to Tools > Toolbars > Manage Add-ons alternatively Disable Add-ons.
  14. I can respond and say we are looking into it.
  15. @cngzhnaydin We'd have to look into your business account details to troubleshoot that. I strongly recommend you contact the Success team for help getting this resolved. The contact info is on the admin console.
  16. Thx for the feedback. There are a lot of edge cases and added complexity around clipping / appending to existing notes. Currently we are not planning to build that in the Web Clipper.
  17. @ahambi Tested that page and could mostly clip successfully while keeping the styling of the formula intact. Tested on Mac client and Chrome. My observation so far is that clips make it fine into the Mac client and renders correctly, haven't yet tested on Windows. I did however notice that selection clips can render poorly when viewed in the Webclient. Please elaborate on what clients & versions you use? 18. We've noted the request and plan to build it in a not too distant future.
  19. I should add that the 'Personal Settings' tab is accessible by signing in to Evernote on the Web.
  20. Hi all, Lets see if I can clarify this a bit. 1) Joe can go to the business site and enter his work email to get auto invited to the business account. 2) When we confirms his email address and clicks the link to activate his account he will be asked to: a) Sign in using his existing account (recommended) Create a new account. 3) If he joins the business with his existing Evernote account he can a) Add his work email address during the join flow Add his work email on the settings page. (there is a field 'Business email' on the 'Personal settings' tab Essentially this allows users to have 2 email addresses associated with their Evernote account. The business email address will be used for all interactions with business content. I.e if he emails a business note the sender address will be what he enters in the 'Business email' field. If Joe is already Premium he will get a gift card covering his remaining balance sent to his personal email. Once fully joined the business account will be charged for his seat. Hope that helps.
  21. @Suzanne Web Clipper is not able to clip multipage articles today. (We are looking into it though but no firm date) We do have another extension called Clearly which supports multi page articles in a good way. www.evernote.com/clearly
  22. Hi Rickscafe, Thanks for the report, this doesn't sound like an expected behavior. Can you give me some more details on this. We haven't heard about such a behavior before. I'd like to know: - your browser and version - your OS and version - which Web Clipper version number And what did you update that caused this behavior to start?
  23. Thanks for the feedback. We will consider this in the future.
