  1. Thank you. Actually, it makes a difference in European Privacy law where the data is stored. If you transfer data outside the EU, you must comply with articles 44 seq. GDPR. As the Standard Contractual Clauses are not sufficient without E2E-encryption, the only way it the new Privacy Framework. But AFAIK, EN doesn’t yet participate in it. And even if that changes, privacy professionals think that the ECJ will also find that the new Privacy Framework is not appropriate for the GDRP. So European Data Centers would be good.
  2. Hello, Now, as Evernote is an European company and is also going to locate its headquarters to Italy, are there any plans to migrate the data from the US Google Cloud to European data centers? This would increase privacy and would made the use for European companies much easier. Best, Elysee
  3. I already assumed that you have to install a browser extension which encrypts/decrypts. Using a public computer (Internet Café/Library) with strict access policy is so not possible. But for a work computer it's also often impossible to install a piece of software but the installation of browser extensions is possible. For this purpose such an extension could be really useful...
  4. Is there a possibility to encrypt/decrypt notes in the Web Client when EN for Windows is not installed?
  5. Hello ilia5101982, That's really a feature that's missing in Evernote! Thank you for your work! :-) Do you plan an Android version too?
  6. Hello Cait, Welcome to the Forum. Personally, I use MindMeister, but the integration to EN is static, what means that you can attach a EN note but it uploads the content of the note. If you change the note the changes will not appear in MindMeister. AFAIK MindManager has an EN integration too. You may find more mindmap applications that integrate in this thread.
  7. Recurring reminders are coming: http://blog.sfgate.com/techchron/2013/09/25/evernote-ceo-more-ios7-updates-fitness-features-recurring-reminders-on-the-way/
  8. I use Mindmeister. It integrates with EN.
  9. You can try Mindmeister. They have an EN integration.
  10. +1 Another idea: understanding natural language (in 1 week, in 2 weeks, in 1 year, ...)
  11. I've just noticed that the two-factor-authentification doesn't work with the mobile page http://www.evernote.com/mobile/Login.action. When I enter my user name and password, I have access to my account without entering a two-factor code but I can't see any notes. Therefore, it's not a security problem as one accessing this page can't see my notes. But it's indeed an error because you can't use the mobile page any more.
  12. You can use a client called NixNote/NeverNote which is developed by an open source community.
