  1. I scanned a business card with iPhone-Evernote

The telephone number and website came out wrong
Trying to correct it, I ran into several issues

    - No way to edit the information on iPhone

    - No way to see the original image of the scanned card (as I can on Mac-app)

    - on Mac I sometimes can see the original image, not always

    - on Mac I cannot change the telephone number into a correct number

    - for example this Portuguese telephone number : 910 123 456 or +351 910 123 456
good luck to enter this correctly...

    - I cannot edit/change the incorrectly scanned website url

So far for the 'usability' of contact cards (not)

Any expert has some input on this ?

You may want to peruse the IOS 10 forum before you make that move.  Quite a few not so nice issues are being reported depending upon your use case.  If you still want to proceed I would try deleting the app from your phone and then goring to the app store to add it back.  Might get the new version to appear.

    Thanks,

as mentioned I found the workaround in the app-store : click to see the app-details, then you can update ...

    It's not a beta version
I would have thought the release would have completely rolled out by now
Is your device and OS up to date?

Well, apparently not 🤔, but ...

I have IOS 14.0 (iPad Pro)
    Evernote 8.24.6.370571

I looked at the app-store, where I can 'open' Evernote (not update when shown in the list of applications)
Then I can click on "Evernote" to see more details, example screens, etc.
It was only at this moment that I got the option 'update'

So update is hidden in the app-store.
    ...
some screenshots that show this process to get to the update

I completely fixed this issue plus the spinning wheels by:

    1. Highlight All Notes, choose File: Export Notes... and creating a backup of the entire database.

    2. Using the freeware AppCleaner (https://freemacsoft.net/appcleaner/), I completely deleted all files associated with Evernote.

    3. Download a fresh copy of Evernote (I'm running Mac OS X 10.14.5), and Import the database file.

Did this a couple weeks ago, and no more spinning wheels and no more request to Keychain sign-in.

I have this very annoying issue as well (Mojave, latest EN, 1 premium account)

The solution of Tuqqer is not feasible for me : 19.000+ notes exporting and importing again is not an option.

Couldn't I just delete all Evernote stuff, including data, re-install and re-sync ?
    Would this work/help ?

But I am also wondering : Evernote states they can reproduce the problem, but 2 months later still no start of a solution ?

  5. in the outlook plugin I see many errors coming when assigning labels to a note (using the clipper)

How can I re-install the outlook on Mac clipper ?
    (maybe this helps)
