Command-F inside a note is useful. Or used to be. Now there's a bug in 10.58.8 for Mac. Before I upgraded to this version, I must have searched for the term "1password" inside of note. All instances of that term were highlighted in yellow. All well and good, that's expected behavior.
However, I cannot get rid of this search term now. I can search for a different search term, say the word "key," and I'll get the normal search behavior. I will see instances of the word "key" highlighted in my note. But when I click the X in the search box to make the Find function go away...guess what comes back? My previous search term "1password" along with the highlighting. This bug is sticky through a restart of the app, and also a restart of my Mac. I can't get rid of it. I suspect I need to get rid of some plist file, but no idea which/how.
It's visually annoying because this note is all about using 1Password. So that means that there are about 200 "permanent" yellow search highlights in my note that I can't rid of.
