I do like them. The checkbox option still exists (insert -> checkbox or [] (<open square bracket><close square bracket>)). If you need one at the beginning of a line just add a period first.

I do NOT like this checkmark feature with the strikethrough when checked.

1. I can't read what I checked off after checking it.

2. My page looks totally sloppy with all these gray lines scattered throughout. 

Please bring back Option to just add a checkmark without the strikethrough!
